How to Share in WebEx: Share Content in Cisco Webex Meetings

It’s Friday!
Today completes the first week of online instruction. Congratulations! As we wind down this week, take some time to assess how you are doing and connect with others. We are all finding our way in this new, remote learning and working environment. Be kind to yourself, to others and follow the guidelines to stay safe. #GCUnited

Stay Safe Online Too - Avoid Fraud
The current circumstances have us online more than ever. From learning online, remote working and staying connected with family and friends, we are using online services in record numbers. It provides the perfect scenario for cybercriminals. Remember to be extra cautious when selecting links. If you see a topic that interests you, search for an article instead of using the link. Criminals hack social media accounts too. It's a good idea to change your password on your social media accounts when you are prompted to change your password by your bank or your school.

Avoid Isolation Connect Virtually
Are you feeling a bit isolated from your team? It's called "social distancing," but a better term is "physical distancing." We need to stay social just in different ways. Faculty and Staff can stay in touch with each other using Jabber. Jabber can be downloaded from the GC Software site in Unify. Once installed, you can use Jabber to instant message with other members of the GC community.

Student WebEx goes beyond the classroom. Get together with your friends to hang out and catch up. It's compatible with mobile devices and computers. Student WebEx Account
