Assistive Set Initial Password
I want to set my password for the first time. Set or ReSet My Questions and Answers I want to add or change my cell phone number of record I do not know my password and want to change it I do not know my password and want to change it with text messaging I know my password and want to change it
 

MyPassword → provides you with self-service options to manage your password. In order to reset your password you must correctly answer 3 of your 5 questions.

  • Set Initial Password → required to set up your Unify password for the first time.
  • Set or Change Enrollment → provides the ability to select your 5 challenge/response questions and answers to use in Challenge Response Reset.
  • Set or Change Cell Number → provides the ability to add or update you cell phone number for use with Text Message Reset.
  • Challenge Response Reset → provides the ability to reset a forgotten password by answering your previously set questions and answers.
  • Text Message Reset → provides the ability to reset a forgotten password using your cellular phone. Normal text and data charges apply.
  • Change My Password → provides the ability to change your password before it expires(180 days after set/reset) or as needed.
  • If you suspect your password is expired → try Set Initial Password. If this is unsuccessful contact the Serve Helpdesk, 478-445-7378, for assistance.
