Assistive Set Initial Password

MyPassword → provides you with self-service options to manage your password. In order to reset your password you must correctly answer 3 of your 5 questions.
- Assistive Set Initial Password → provides a visually assistive Password setup.
- Set Initial Password → required to set up your Unify password for the first time.
- Set or Change Cell Number → provides the ability to add or update you cell phone number for use with Text Message Reset.
- Text Message Reset → provides the ability to reset a forgotten password using your cellular phone. Normal text and data charges apply.
- Change My Password → provides the ability to change your password before it expires(180 days after set/reset) or as needed.
- If you suspect your password is expired → try Set Initial Password. If this is unsuccessful contact the Serve Helpdesk, 478-445-7378, for assistance.
